The SC Series Standard Pneumatic Cylinder adopts a modular structure design, and all core components are made of high-end industrial-grade materials. The cylinder body is made of high-precision drawn aluminum alloy tube, with mirror honing treatment on the inner wall to reduce friction resistance. The piston rod is made of high carbon steel, which undergoes three processes: high-frequency quenching, hard chrome plating and precision polishing, with a surface hardness of over HV800. The sealing system adopts a combination of imported polyurethane (PU) and nitrile rubber (NBR) seals, with a double-lip main seal, which has both low friction and high sealing performance, no crawling phenomenon even under low-frequency operation.
