The factory has built 6 or more specialized pneumatic component production lines, covering air cylinder production lines, solenoid valve production lines, air source treatment unit production lines, pneumatic fitting assembly lines, and PU hose assembly lines. These lines enable simultaneous parallel production of multiple product categories and specifications.
Each production line is equipped with automated or semi-automated production equipment, such as precision CNC lathes, automatic assembly machines, and online testing equipment. This not only improves production efficiency but also effectively reduces errors caused by manual operations.
Among them, the core product production lines adopt a "lean production" model. Through standardized operating procedures and real-time data monitoring, the entire process from raw material processing and component assembly to finished product inspection is controllable. Taking the air cylinder production line as an example, the daily output of a single line can reach 200-300 units (pieces). Moreover, the production rhythm can be flexibly adjusted according to order requirements, which is suitable for both large-batch standard product production and rapid switching to small-batch customized product production mode, meeting the order needs of different customers.
