 Sorting Pipelines: Rodless cylinders drive sorting push plates. Based on the QR code identification results of materials, they quickly push packages of different categories to corresponding conveyor tracks within 1-2 seconds, achieving a sorting efficiency of up to 1,200 pieces per hour.

Pipeline Connection in Automated Production Lines

 Modular Production Lines: Push-to-connect straight fittings are used to connect PU hoses and cylinder interfaces. No tools are required for installation, and plugging can be completed within 10 seconds, facilitating rapid reorganization of production line equipment (e.g., pipeline adjustment during seasonal product switching).

 High-pressure Pneumatic Equipment: High-pressure threaded fittings (pressure resistance ≤3MPa) are used for pipeline connection of high-pressure air blow guns and high-pressure cylinders. PTFE tape is used for thread sealing to ensure no air leakage during long-term use, suitable for scenarios such as car chassis cleaning and casting deburring.
